As winter fades, you're invited to slow down, drop in, and let the layers melt away - making space for energy to rise and clarity to return - ready to transition to a new season.
Melt is a two-hour, late-winter, afternoon immersion that blends voice meditation and toning, deep listening, gentle movement, and a sacred sound journey. Designed to regulate your nervous system and restore your energy, this sensory practice meets you where you are and invites you into deeper alignment.
The second installment in a seasonal series offered by Meesha (following the autumnal Sonic Serenity), this journey is all about tuning in, clearing out and waking up what’s ready to emerge.
Through subtle yet powerful practices, you can expect to leave grounded, recharged and ready to step into spring - calm, clear, and connected.
Come as you are. No experience necessary - just a willingness to slow down and receive.
